Feeling frustrated!!!!! sigh
Ah!!!! Feeling frustrated!!!! Guess recently I got abit stress out… becoz I got to be responsible for everything that happens in my working place, which I hate that… it’s not that I cant take the responsible… It’s that I felt if the responsible is not totally my fault, I hope that the new colleagues can take some of the blame!!!… And my boss~ ah I really feel that there is biased when he treats my senior... why I say that it’s becoz whenever me or rac done something wrong or whatever things we handle is not correct… he will not say “hey, M look after her, or pls look out for us..” something like that dunno lah It’s just dun feel right when my Boss say to me it’s totally different thing!!!! Whenever the new colleague hav done the work incorrectly, He will always sound like it’s my project and its me who hav done wrong!!!! Pls I got MY PROJECT GOING OLSO!!!! I CANT BE a NANNY the whole time or the whole day!!! And pls the new colleague can she be more SMART!!!!!!!!!! Oh my god.!!!There are few incidents that I cant forget which make me thinks that she is stupid!!!! ( I wan be nice really but she always make no effort to let me know that she is REALLY Stupid!!!!! I really dun wan to use “stupid” word on her but cant help really “no cure”!!!!!) OK, she been doing a notebook project few weeks ago… Recently she ask me why her work cant be printed out, ok I try to solve her problem!! which she never try to solve her problem before asking me, Always depend me!!! anyway when I see her work I was like ah wat is that!!! I ask her politely that (in pagemaker) why ur fonts is all courier????!!! Haahaha She give me a answer I nearly NEARLY fainted on the spot!!!!!!!!! She answer becoz the pagemaker give her that and she feel it ok so she use it anyway. Without changing any thing!!!! (OH MY GOD is she stupid or wat?!!!) I was so piss off by her, I told her before that we can change the fonts if there is missing fonts, I try to told her again (not being nagging, but dunno why this few weeks I feel like a old auntie!!!!!) I told her “u noe that we can change the fonts ever when the pagemaker, itself changes the missing fonts to its default fonts which is not actually u wan!!!! U noe??? Then she reply ah~ oh~ I thought the fonts is ok so I just take it lo…( oh my she is really very lazy) And yeah she been working in the company for nearly 2 months and she hav ask me for every single thing she hav done… repeat every word that I told her… like a parrot!!! (I still can TRY to tolerant that but whenever she repeat is incorrect!!!!! Sorry I hav to say I cant be nice and friendly person which I wish to…getting tired everyday!!!!!) sometime when i'm talking she will try her best to interrupt my conversation when i was explaining or anything its happen every time when I havent even finish my sentences!!!!(so rude, tell her liao still like that now i simply ignore her continue my conversation like she is not ard) Or keep forgetin the shortcut keys that I had told her even from the day she starts work.. I feel that she did not put in efforts to remember!!!!! Ok maybe too much to remember BUT~ she didnt WRITE IT down, it’s TILL I “I~” told her to do so then she write down on a draft paper,till now never see her take out when the same problem or same steps she hav to follow!!! What even Worst is when she come to explain her concept or ideas to client or boss, she cant explain well of wat she wan or how her project should present!!!! The Best part is whenever she hav a new project she will come and ask me when she could hav a bit common sense to ask some basic qns like the wat size, colour, wat kind of layout with my boss when she gets the new project (dun ppl do that??!!!) guess not, she didn’t ask my boss she come straight to me expect that I hav all the answer, wat the hell how I noe wat her project needs to do!!!!!!!!! Helo~ oh my. I hate every time my boss told her to ask me if she dun understand or dunno wat to do!!!!! You noe I hav to tell her that how to ask qns, cant expect I told her “ah I think is 4colour, A4 size, elegant and simple design” COME ON How I know? Every time I ask her what my boss had told her is it 4 colour? she will say “ he did not say” wo kao!!! Cant u ask???!!!!!!! Is she stupid or act nerd/maroon???? If I’m the boss, I will not take her.!!!! Definitely Oh my!!! Argh~ Sigh.. there is more juz i tired of typing liao!~
M.dy, remember that I told u that I not a friendly person?? I really not nice person hahahaha haaaaa I try to be nice and friendly liao… but it seem hard. Recently I’m so exhausted when I reach home, immediately I when to bed to take few hsr nap… I find it strange too why I been very tired this few week. Guess I noe why!!!! SOON I’m going to take a long break!!!!!!!! Hahahahaaa :(
